Descriptif du poste

As a Finance & ESG Analyst Intern, you will join our growing team and support both the Finance Manager and the Partner in charge of Compliance & Sustainability of the Management Company.

Key responsibilities

A hybrid role at the crossroads of finance operations, portfolio ESG performance, and strategic project management.

🔹 ESG & Sustainability – support to Head of Sustainability

  • Contribute to regulatory ESG reporting for LPs (e.g. SFDR, annual sustainability report)

  • Help define 2026 sustainability priorities and ambitions for the portfolio.

  • Assess investment opportunities from an ESG perspective, particularly for our digital funds.

  • Support portfolio companies in designing and implementing their ESG roadmaps.

  • Help animate internal ESG tools and reporting dashboards

🔹 Finance – Support to Finance Manager

  • Prepare fund performance reports, financial KPIs monitoring, and LP updates with the Finance Manager.

  • Support improvements to our portfolio monitoring system and CRM

  • Contribute to data consistency checks and help automate reporting processes

🔹 Cross-functional projects

  • Based on team priorities and your interests, take part in strategic transversal initiatives, such as process optimization, internal tooling improvements, or regulatory monitoring.

Profil recherché

  • Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & French

  • Final-year student or gap year from a top business or political science school, with a first experience in financial audit or corporate finance.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with a structured mindset and a high level of rigor in data analysis and reporting.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive – you are able to work independently and get things done right the first time

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Notion; additional technical skills are a plus

  • Genuine interest in venture capital and the startup ecosystem.
