As an Investor Relations Intern, you will assist the team in managing the firm’s investor relationships, supporting fundraising activities and handling day-to-day operations.
The Investor Relations team is responsible for fundraising and managing relationships with existing and prospective Limited Partners (institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals) across multiple strategies, from early-stage VC to growth and buyout. The team adopts a client-centric approach to address the diverse needs of sophisticated investors and to strengthen the firm’s presence within the VC and private markets ecosystem.
You will play a key role in structuring and optimizing internal processes related to fundraising and investor servicing, ensuring that data, documentation, and communication workflows are efficiently managed.

What You Will Do

Support fundraising activities:
Contribute to the coordination of Elaia and LEC fundraising activities across multiple investment strategies, by helping crafting documentation, gathering data, and building marketing materials for our investors.

Maintain and structure investor data:
Centralize and organize investor information, contacts, and reporting documents within the CRM and shared tools.

Collaborate with internal teams:
Work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, Marketing, and Investment teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and information to investors.

Conduct research and benchmarking:
Support market and peer analysis on fundraising trends, LP communications, and investor engagement practices.

Contribute to the promotion of Elaia and LEC within their ecosystems
Assist in preparing investor events, newsletters, and other communication materials to engage our investor community.

Support the implementation of Investhub, a digital tool to manage relationship with our LPs:
Help configure, test, and roll out the platform to internal users and investors; ensure data quality, process mapping, and documentation.
