At XAnge, content is at the heart of how we build our brand, engage with founders, and support our ecosystem. From thought leadership to social media, events to editorial and video content, we aim to create high-quality, impactful formats that reflect our positioning as a leading European VC.
As a Content & Event Apprentice, you will work closely with the Event & Community Manager and collaborate with investment and operations teams. Your mission will be to support the creation, coordination, and distribution of content across multiple channels, with an increasing focus on multimedia formats (especially video).
You will play a key role in strengthening XAnge’s visibility and storytelling, while ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Why XAnge
Real ownership from day one — you'll manage live channels, not mock-ups.
Direct exposure to European founders, investors, and ecosystem players.
A small, senior team where your work is visible and your input matters.
Hybrid setup, Paris-based.
Under the supervision of our Community & Event Manager, your goals will be:
Channel management
Day-to-day management of XAnge's communication channels: LinkedIn, newsletters, website, and Slack community.
Execute the editorial calendar and ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Track performance and proactively suggest improvements.
Portfolio announcements
Coordinate and produce content around portfolio company news (funding rounds, product launches, milestones).
Liaise directly with portfolio companies to gather information, align on messaging, and manage timelines.
Ensure announcements are well-crafted, on-brand, and amplified across channels.
Event support
Support the full lifecycle of 30+ events per year (breakfasts, masterclasses, ecosystem meetups) — from logistics and invitations to live coverage and post-event content.
Create all event-related assets: teasers, recaps, social posts, video edits.
Communication projects
- Contribute to broader initiatives: reports, branding projects, website improvements, new content formats.
