Are you looking for a position such as COO, Head of Ops, Operations manager...?

It’s hard to summarize all the skills and expertises asked by our portfolio’s startups, but as a COO / Head of Ops, you will help our portfolio company scale and grow, mostly by overseeing operations and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams of mostly 50+ FTE, ensuring efficient and seamless growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support strategic decision-making and drive efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational strategies.

  • Oversee daily customer operations and lead strategic projects.

  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide operational performance updates to the executive team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Profil recherché

People leadership is crucial for this role. We are looking for an outstanding leader who excels in hiring, training, retention, and employee satisfaction. Someone with a proven track record within high-growth digital businesses, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering against challenging KPIs.

  • Proven operator with a focus on operational excellence in a wide client range, data-rich, high-velocity businesses.

  • Strong people leadership skills.

  • Experience in scaling and scaled businesses (+50M ARR)

  • Commercial, analytical, and data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Cultural fit for a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
