XAnge is a top-tier European VC with ca. €650m under management with offices in Paris, Munich and Berlin, seeking to back ambitious seed and series A startup founders wishing to expand globally.
With a track record of renowned investments (360Learning, Believe, Chauffeur Privé, Ledger, Lydia, Misterspex, Neolane, Odoo, Studitemps, Welcome to the Jungle, …), we are currently growing our Investor Relations team to support our growth.
What is our Investor Relations team?
At XAnge, Investor Relations covers two main areas: managing relationships with our shareholders (Limited Partners – LPs) and fundraising.
LP Relationship Management: We provide regular, precise, and transparent communication to our fund subscribers, working closely with XAnge partners, the Back & Middle Office teams, and Communications.
Fundraising: This involves organizing the entire process of creating new investment funds, from producing marketing and legal documentation to developing new investor prospecting.
The Investor Relations team is led by Antoine Lefèvre, Investor Relations Manager, in collaboration with Siparex Group’s Investor Relations team. As we grow, we are excited to welcome a new member starting in 2025.

With the launch of XAnge’s new flagship fund and the scaling of our operations, we need your support in investor relations and fundraising efforts.
Your responsibilities
Working alongside Antoine, you will be participating in:
Maintaining a stunning Investor Relation: Support the maintenance and development of relationships with our existing investors through:
Corporate preparation: Supporting the preparation of corporate documents for investors, ensuring regular updates and high-quality communication.
Dealflow sharing: Share tailored startup and sector analysis based on LPs' key areas of interest to support their open innovation strategies.
CRM management: Updating and maintaining our CRM, ensuring accurate follow-up.
Fundraising & LP Expansion: Contribute to the expansion of our LP base by identifying and qualifying new potential investors, and assisting in the preparation of fundraising materials and presentations.
Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying targets, and mapping potential investors.
Research & analysis: Conducting sector research and specific account analysis.
Pitch support: Assisting in the formalization of tailored investor presentations to best fit their needs.

Who we're looking for ?
Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree, with prior experience in finance, consulting, or a related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); English is used in all written communication and in part of our meetings.
Experience: in PE, VC or consulting firm is a plus.
Skills: Autonomous, structured, and organized with a strong team spirit.
Personality: You’re proactive, innovative, and comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, with excellent project management skills.
Technical affinity: Passionate about tech and digital startups, with a strong understanding of no-code tools and the use of ChatGPT to boost productivity.
