Why Benelux? With our Brussels office and portfolio companies like Odoo, Aerospacelab or Sirona, XAnge has a strong footprint in Belgium. We are now deepening our coverage of the Benelux tech ecosystem — and looking for someone to spearhead sourcing, build relationships with local founders, and become our go-to investor in the region.

Sourcing — Benelux Focus

• Source and map the Benelux startup ecosystem (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

• Conduct proactive deep dives on 3–4 sector themes per year

• Build and maintain a strategic network: founders, angels, incubators, accelerators, universities, and co-investors across the region

• Be XAnge's on-the-ground presence in the Benelux tech community

Qualification & Due Diligence

• Analyze and select investment opportunities across France and Benelux

• Present key opportunities at the weekly Monday meeting

• Lead deep dives alongside a Partner/Principal: entrepreneur meetings, expert due diligence, memo preparation and IC presentation

Deal Making

• Manage the internal investment process end-to-end

• Participate in LOI negotiation, due diligence, audits, legal documentation, and coordination with back/middle office

Portfolio & Exit

• Support portfolio companies: board preparation, reporting, fundraising, recruitment, and business planning

• Contribute to exit processes: deal structuring, legal documentation, and closing

Transversal

• Represent XAnge at startup events and in the media, particularly in Benelux

• Contribute to team-wide initiatives: intern recruitment & training, LP relations, marketing, and Startup Success
